It’s Labor Day in the US: a time we’re supposed to celebrate rest.
And then I thought: maybe we don’t need more rest. Maybe what we really need is to work smarter.
To be more productive. To leverage tech, research, community, and education. To build practices that actually lead to better outcomes for our patients.
Because at the end of the day, there’s only one metric that counts at longevitydocs: How many years of healthy life (YOHL) did we add to society?
Let’s keep going. Let’s work smarter. Let’s add years.
Wishing you a healthy Labor Day weekend!

Big Announcement
The longevitydocs Table Launch – NYC, September 11
After traveling and meeting so many of you this year, one thing became clear: We need more space to connect, share, and learn from each other.
Off stage, off screen, and in real life.
That’s why we’re launching longevitydocs Tables
This new series of private, physician-hosted roundtables blends the intimacy of a dinner with the depth of a clinical discussion.
The first Table kicks off at my home in New York City with my dear friend Dr. Frank Lipman on how to build a concierge longevity practice.
From there, we’ll bring them to cities across the country; creating space for small, curated groups of physicians to sit down, trade insights, and build the future of longevity medicine together.
By invitation only (limited to 16). Let us know if you’d like a seat at the Table.
