Privacy
What this site collects, and what it does not.
Last updated October 4, 2026
This policy covers news.longevitydocs.org, published by LongevityDocs, LLC ("longevitydocs™", "we"). Our other services, including longevitydocs.org, the member platform and the newsletter, have their own policies.
The short version
- You can read this site without an account.
- We do not set cookies and we do not run analytics, advertising or tracking scripts on this site.
- We do not sell your personal information.
What we collect
Technical logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes standard request data (IP address, browser type, page requested, time) to deliver the site, keep it secure and troubleshoot errors. These logs are kept for a short period.
Information you send us. If you email the newsroom, send a press release or report a correction, we receive your email address and whatever you include. We use it to reply and to act on your message.
Newsletter sign-up. When you enter your email in a subscribe box, it is sent directly to Substack, which runs our Sunday newsletter. Substack's privacy policy applies to that subscription.
Third parties that load content
To display the site, your browser requests fonts from Google Fonts and images from Sanity's content delivery network. Those providers receive your IP address as part of each request. They do not receive your name or email from us.
How we use information
To run and secure the site, respond to you, publish corrections, and comply with the law. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.
Sharing
We share information only with the service providers named above, as needed to run the site, or when required by law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including the EU, the UK and California, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to how we use it. Email contact@longevitydocs.org and we will respond within the time the law requires.
Children
This site is written for physicians and other adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
